Joyce L. Tinsley
Joyce L. Tinsley (Proper), age 83 years, passed away surrounded by family on August 29, 2020. She was born in Fowlerville MI on November 22, 1936. She married Gilbert Tinsley in September of 1962, and raised her family in Fowlerville as well.
Joyce relocated to Florida in the late 1980's, enjoying a career in health care along with all the sunshine and tropical print clothing she was fond of. She had been a long time resident of Hudson FL, caring for her beloved cats and doing crafting projects along with gardening around her home.
She is survived by her two children: a son, Michael Tinsley and a daughter, Michelle Tinsley. A private service was held near her home in Florida. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a local animal shelter in her name.
