Free Community Flu Immunization Fair being held in Howell on Nov. 18
Getting a flu shot is always important, but reducing illness and hospitalization from the flu is critical this year to protect yourself and your family, as well as frontline healthcare workers as they continue to care for people diagnosed with COVID-19.
Ascension Michigan is sponsoring a Fee Flu Immunization Fair on Wednesday, Nov. 18, from 11 a.m.- 4 p.m. at the Ascension Medical Center, 1225 S. Latson Rd., Ste. 170 in Howell. The flu vaccine is available to anyone six months of age or older at no cost with a written consent.
The public is encouraged to pre-register at healthcare.ascension.org/events. However walk-ins are accepted. All individuals must wear a mask and will be screened before entry. Social distancing and COVID-19 precautions will be in place. For more information or questions, call 248-849-5752.
