Robert Monroe
January 18, 1959 - October 30, 2020
Robert Emmett Monroe passed away on Friday, October 30, 2020 peacefully at home at the age of 62.
Robert was a hardworking man with a big heart that took great pride in being a loving father, and a reliable friend. He strived every moment to instill these values into the ones he loved around him and his presence was felt by many.
Robert, when not working or spending time with his kids and grandkids, loved NASCAR (Go Kyle Busch! and if you think differently he would tell you how wrong you were) and Michigan State football. He would also love reminiscing about his time spent with his father working on cars and he loved sharing that knowledge with his kids.
He is lovingly remembered by his father and mother Robert Monroe and Geraldine Monroe, his sister Deborah Monroe-Ritz, his sons Gabriel (Amber) and Robert Monroe, and his daughter Arrielle (Bradly) Brown, and his grandchildren Koda, Kilian, Lillian, Jake, Tyler, Luke, Savannah. Preceded in death by Theresa Monroe, and baby Luke.
