Dennis Monore
His Legacy…Dennis Burr Monroe, 70, of Fowlerville, passed away July 20, 2022. He was born on January 13, 1952, in Lansing, Michigan to George Monroe and Dortha (Hall) Monroe. He was a 1970 graduate of Fowlerville High School.
Dennis will be remembered as a man who never met a stranger, he was friendly with everyone he met. He loved to tell stories and was a big jokester. Dennis loved music of all variety and enjoyed playing DJ. He proudly served his country in the Navy during the Vietnam era. After his time in the Navy he worked in public service. Dennis was a joy to know and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
His Family… Dennis will be missed by his children, Benjamin Monroe, Jennifer Dufresne, Marshall Monroe; step-daughter, Kymberli Montroy; siblings, Karen (Dennis) Jacobs, Nelson (Marie) Monroe, and Carol Johnson; grandchildren, Destyni Monroe, Madyson Monroe, John Higgins; and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Dortha Monroe and step-son, Eric Montroy.
