Grace Lucille (Harvey) Hummel
Fowlerville, Michigan
Grace Lucille Hummel was born February 19, 1926 in Okemos, MI to the late R. Peter and Grace (Dunn) Harvey, and passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on February 27, 2019 at age 93. Grace and her late husband J.C. Hummel together had two wonderful children, Larry and Linda. She loved her family above all things, followed by her enjoyment of reading and working with flowers.
Surviving Grace to cherish her in memory are her son-in-law Bob (Terry) Rogers, daughter-in-law Wanda Hummel, grandchildren Eric Rogers, Susan and Mike Bohannon, Michele and Don Burt, Jeffrey and Dayna Hummel, eight great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband J.C. Hummel, son Larry Hummel, daughter Linda Rogers, and sisters Catherine Brown, Florence Colby and Donna Dunn.
A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held at Gorsline Runciman Williamston Chapel, 205 E. Middle Street on Saturday March 9, 2019 at 11am. The family will welcome visitors one hour prior to the service.
