Craig James Simon
Craig James Simon, 45, died November 25, 2018 at his home in Fowlerville, MI. Craig was born March 12, 1973 to Mark and Linda Simon at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, MI. He was a graduate of DeWitt High School (1991) and Western Michigan University (1995). He worked as a senior scientist for ECT, Inc. in Lansing.
He is survived by son Adam (15), daughter Brooke (13), their mother Chris, his parents, his brother Scott (Elizabeth) and niece Veronica.
Craig loved his children dearly and was a devoted son and brother. He played sports throughout his life and coached youth baseball for several years in Fowlerville. He was also an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing of all types across the U.S. His family will miss him greatly as will his many friends in the Fowlerville and DeWitt communities.
The family received visitors at Herrmann Funeral Home in Fowlerville on Wednesday, November 28, from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. Funeral services were be held at 2|42 Community Church in Okemos on Thursday, November 29, at 11am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Fowlerville Junior Baseball Association, the American Diabetes Association or Trout Unlimited of Michigan.
