Loneliness & Isolation topic of Elder Abuse Awareness Month seminar
Speakers from the IHA Medical Group, a therapist from Livingston County Catholic Charities, and a veteran will talk about the effects that isolation and loneliness can have on you mentally, emotionally, and physically during a seminar planned June 11 at the Livngston EMS Building, 1911 Tooley Rd. Howell. The event, which will take place from 9am to 3pm, is part of Elder Abuse Awarenss Month.
Hear suggestions on programs that Livingston County Catholic Charities can offer to help combat isolation in your life and learn who to call for resources in the community to address health issues.
