Randall (Randy) Lee St. Charles
Randall (Randy) Lee St. Charles, who was born in Howell on Sept. 15, 1940, to Eli and Clara St. Charles of Fowlerville, passed away at Medilodge of Howell on July 8, 2021. Randy was preceded in death by his 12 siblings and survived by his brother Ronald (Judy) St. Charles and an abundance of nieces and nephews. Randy remained a bachelor all his life and took care of his Mom and Dad and siblings. He will be missed by his family and friends.
