Ragtime pianist to perform at Acoustic Café concert at Howell Opera House
The Livingston Arts Council is proud to present Bob Milne on Friday, Feb. 24, for an Acoustic Café Concert at the Howell Opera House. Doors open at 7 PM, with the concert beginning at 7:30 PM
This highly regarded ragtime pianist has been referred to as “magnificent,” “fantastic,” and “awesome,” and has played in concert halls throughout the United States, Japan, Ireland and Switzerland. Bob has no set program: he never knows what he’s going to play. In his words, he “just walks out and starts.” Bob was designated a National Treasure by the Library of Congress after he was interviewed and documented for future generations in 2004.
Open to the public, the cost is $8 at the door, $6 for Livingston Arts Council members; tickets are not sold in advance for our Acoustic Cafe series. There will be light concessions available.
