Barbara Jean Wedesky (Scott)
    Barbara Jean Wedesky (Scott) age 84 died January 8th, 2017. 
    Barbara was born in Charleston, Illinois to Walter C Scott and Ruth A Scott (Gaston) on January 18, 1932. She married the love of her life Joseph Albert Wedesky and moved to Detroit, Michigan to start their new life together. 
    Barbara and Joseph had eight children: Anna Kulesza (Arthur), Janice Fennelly (James), Joseph Wedesky (Deborah), Peter Wedesky (Marsha), John Wedesky (Toni), Barbara Wedesky, Frank Wedesky (Christine), Mary Marcus (Dale). She has sixteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren. 
    Barbara and Joseph worked hard together to make a better life for their children and instill a love for God and family. 
    Barbara worked as a Nurse’s Aide at Dearborn Heights Convalescent Center. She loved to cook, garden, grow indoor plants, volunteer at church, watching Red Wings, Detroit Tigers, Cowboy movies and playing the one arm bandit! She fought hard to conquer her aging body with grace, dignity and courage. She was an inspiration to all who loved her! 
    Visitation was held on Thursday, Jan. 12, at St. Agnes Church in Fowlerville, MI, starting at 9am. Mass followed at 11am. Burial was at the St. Hedwig Cemetery.
