LESA announces new Executive Director of Administrative Services 
    The Livingston Educational Service Agency (LESA) is pleased to announce Teresa A. Zigman, C.P.A., C.F.O. has joined the Agency as Executive Director of Administrative Services. 
    As Executive Director of Administrative Services, Mrs. Zigman’s responsibilities will include directing and managing the Agency’s Human Resources, Finance and Operations functions, as well as leading the county’s Technology Consortium.
     "We have been very patient and diligent in our efforts to find just the right person to lead our Administrative Services team at the Agency and I am confident that Teresa is the perfect person,” said R. Michael Hubert, superintendent of LESA. “She is one of the best school administrative leaders in the state and the Agency is very fortunate to have her join our team. Teresa has demonstrated great character throughout her career and the staff at the Agency, as well as the schools we serve, will benefit from her wisdom and expertise in school administrative functions."
    Zigman comes to the Livingston ESA with more than 23 years of experience in school finance and operations administration, having served, most recently, as the Executive Director of Business Operations for Chelsea School District; her professional affiliations include Washtenaw/Livingston School Business Officials, Michigan School Business Officials, Association of School Business Officials International and the Michigan Pupil Accounting & Attendance Association.
    "I am excited to be a part of a great team at Livingston ESA and look forward to supporting the vision and goals of the organization along with the five local districts in Livingston County," said Zigman.
     Zigman holds a B.S.A. in Professional Accounting from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, a B.S.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Wayne State University.
