Webberville United Methodist Church hosts an Old Fashioned Melodrama
The Great Ice Cream Scheme performances are August 18-20 at Webberville United Methodist Church located at Holt Road and M- 52.  Join us to cheer on the hero, boo at the villain, and laugh as the rest of the cast at Pop Sicle’s Ice Cream Parlor help Robin Baskins save the day in this family-friendly production.  Tickets are $5 per person, available at the door.
The actors hail from the communities of Webberville, Dansville, Fowlerville, Gregory and members of the Fowlerville Community Theater.  The melodrama is one of many Webberville UMC fundraisers which support outreach and mission projects in our community.  The Great Ice Cream Scheme, by Billy St. John, is produced by special arrangement with PIONEER DRAMA SERVICE, INC., Englewood, CO.
On August 18 and 19, the show begins at 7 pm and includes popcorn and a beverage.  Two shows on Saturday, August 20 are scheduled for 3:30 pm and again at 7 pm.  These shows coincide with the 3rd Saturday Chicken Dinner from 5-7 pm and just $12 per person covers the show and the dinner.  Tickets are available at the door.  Chicken Dinner tickets without the show are $9 per adult.   For more information call the church at 517-521-3631.
