Fowlerville Varsity Volleyball Team looking for an improved season
The Fowlerville High School Varsity Volleyball Team is coming back strong after graduating four seniors and adding a strong JV team from last season to its roster. After a record of 19-18-3 last year and losing in the district semi-finals, the team has some new players to help improve their record.
Some top returning players are defensive specialist Jewlissa Aldred (a four-year player) and Sara Domine. Their leadership will be key in the back row. Paige Temple will return as the main setter and will set to returning hitters Leah Ash, Autumn Barbour, and Erin Veilbig. Newcomers will include junior Erica Fox and sophomore Jackie Jarvis.
The Lady Glads started their season this past Saturday, August 20, at Linden and then resume play this coming Saturday, August 27, at Ann Arbor Gabriel Richard.
