Historical Corner by the Livingston Centre Historical Society
The Livingston Centre Historical Society now turns its attention to planning a fun and full Fowlerville Fall Fest. Scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 13, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. So many activities are planned for the entire family.
Admission is $7/adults, $5/ages 4 - 18. Entrance fee includes parking and self-guided, self-paced tours of the Historical Village as well as all entertainment and events.
There will be so much to do all around the gazebo. In addition to Bingo, guests will be entertained by live music, old-fashion carnival and yard games, pumpkin painting, inflatables for kids and a Tot-Lot for the little ones, a scarecrow parade, face painting and Tug-of-War. Barrel Train rides will be provided by the historic society and Carriage Rides by Meadowbrooke Carriage. Food trucks and local vendors will be on site throughout the day. Finally, the raffle drawings will take place as the event ends. Watch future announcements for more details on raffle prizes.
Several corporate or personal sponsorships are still available. The various events can be sponsored and include 2 free tickets, a 10' x 10' vendor booth, and a staked sign advertising the sponsor. Please email the committee for information at FOWLERVILLEFALLFEST@gmail.com.
There are only a few inside vendor spaces left; please visit Facebook/Fowlerville Fall Fest for details and an application. Coordinator contact is provided there.
Fall Fest was a great success last year; the historic society hopes to repeat that for the continuing benefit of the Livingston Centre Historical Village.
