Livingston County Genealogcial Society to meet April 3rd at Howell church
The Livingston County Genealogical Society will hold an in-person meeting, Thursday, April 3rd at 7pm at the First United Methodist Church in Howell, 1230 Bower Street. We will also offer a zoom link to this meeting; the link may be found on our Facebook page the week of the meeting. All are welcome. 3 April 2025: “Family Plot”.
Author and Society member, Deborah Kellogg Lewis wrote “Family Plot” which is a historical fictional narrative of her family history, the Kellogg Family who were early settlers of Livingston County. She will discuss her processes of transforming family history into written stories, something most genealogists struggle to do. We look forward to hearing about her writing journey and learning any tips she may offer.
