 Lyle (Bunny) Madeline Alice Ingram

Lyle (Bunny) Madeline Alice Ingram, of Fowlerville, passed away on August 10, 2022, at the age of 80, following a brief illness and hospitalization. She was born on July 20, 1942, in the family home on Taft Street in Detroit, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her parents Lyle W. and Helen M. Ingram, her uncles Woody and Frank, her Aunt Lorraine, and a cousin Skip.

She was an honor roll student at Henry Ford High School in Detroit and attended Wayne State University and Detroit Business College after graduation.

Bunny was employed as a clerical/accounting worker with Conrail at the Michigan Central Station/Railroad Depot in Detroit for sixteen years. Even after moving to her farm in Fowlerville in 1972, she made the long daily commute into Detroit for work. When Conrail moved their operations out-of-state in 1980, she and her mother choose to remain in Michigan and Bunny found employment at a local mortgage company and later with Livingston County. She very much enjoyed camping and caring for the farm, including having farm animals and a large garden.

Bunny is survived by her beloved cats Pumpkin and Trouble, an Aunt, Faith, cousins Hazel, Greg, Walt and Lorraine, numerous second cousins and special friends, who helped care for her in her later years.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at 3:00 PM with visitation starting at 2:00 at Herrmann Funeral Home.
