 Richard Andrew Rudnicki

    Richard Andrew Rudnicki, age 89, of Zephyrhills, Florida and formerly of Fowlerville, Michigan passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at his home.  Dick was a 1949 graduate of Fowlerville High School. He served in the U.S. Navy in the Mediterranean and then was the owner of the Fowlerville Review weekly newspaper for many years. He was later elected as the Livingston County Drain Commissioner. In addition, Dick served as a judge for many years at the Harness Racing Tracks in Michigan and received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Michigan Harness Horsemen Association.

    Dick is survived by his wife of 68 years, Kate; 4 children, Pamela Potter, Andrea Lowinski, Bradley Rudnicki (Kris), and Stacia DeNoyer (Brian); 9 grandchildren; 16 and 1/2 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandson.  Also survived by 3 sisters, Katheryn Sovie, Judith Haskell, and Linda Sliwinski, and brother, James Rudnicki.  He was predeceased by his parents, Andrew and Lena Rudnicki and sister, Doris Masterson.

     A memorial service will be held on August 27 at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
