The monthly meeting of the Livingston Centre Historic Village committee will be held Thursday, Oct. 4 at 7:00 p.m. in the Fair Office. With their busiest season over, discussion will include results of summer activities, still-needed repairs in the Village, possible 'Christmas in the 'Ville' involvement to be held on Dec. 1, and consideration of other 2019 events.
New members are always welcome to attend. This is a great time to join other volunteers in continuing restoration and development of the Historic Village as current members transition from the completion of the past year into the new agenda and priority list for the coming months.
The past year could not have been so successful without the help of so many volunteers: repair staff and handymen, organizers and event coordinators, media assistants and program designers, docents and fair booth crew, entertainers and actors, rummage sale helpers, community groups, representatives of the Fowlerville Agricultural Society, Fair office staff, local businesses, and raffle prize donors. All activities benefiting the preserved buildings inside the Fowlerville Fairgrounds could not take place without the infinite dedication of supporters of the Livingston Centre Historic Village.
