Fowlerville District Library to host ‘Happy  Trails’ on May 4
Thursday, May 4th at 7pm
Are you ready for an adventure this summer? Learn everything you need to know about going on your very own hiking escapade at this program located at the Fowlerville Library and led by seasoned hikers Marion and Doug Cornett. Come to hear about their hiking experiences, and the how-tos and how-not-tos that they’ve learned along the way!
Learn about a variety of hiking trails in Michigan, and throughout the country, all full of beautiful scenery and natural wonders for the beginner and the daring alike. Also hear Marion and Doug’s tips and tricks for how to prepare, what supplies you’ll need (and which ones you won’t), and how to stay safe while exploring the great outdoors.
The presentation will be followed by a question and answer session where you can get your hiking questions answered. Light refreshments will be served. *Register in person to attend. Registration began April 20th. Teens 6th grade and up are welcome to attend with an adult.
