Wildlife Animal Show coming to St. John's Lutheran Church August 15
Get ready to be amazed by creatures great and small! On Thursday, August 15 at 6 p.m., St. John's Lutheran Church will host a free, live animal show for the whole community. People are invited to bring a lawn chair and kids will love sitting on blankets outside as they watch professional handlers show and teach about the animals.
"We are following up on our Vacation Bible School theme, 'ROAR,'" said Pastor Diane Greble. "Earlier this summer we spent time learning about God's beautiful creatures found on the continent of Africa. At this show, we will learn more about other animals from different places in the world."
Along with the show, there will be a craft for kids and games, along with an ice cream treat.
"We hope people will join us at the corner of Church and Maple Street for this special event,” said Pastor Greble. “We love our neighborhood and look forward to welcoming people to summertime fun, so look for our pink and green neighborhood event signs and join us.”
St, John's Lutheran Church is located at 132 S. Benjamin Street in Fowlerville. Register to attend this FREE event at www.stjohnsfowlerville.org.
