Halloween Trick or Treat hours will be 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 31, in both the Village of Fowlerville and the Village of Webberville.
A new event will be taking place in Fowlerville. The library is hosting a Halloween Party from 6 to 8 p.m. in the parking lot of its new location on South Grand Avenue. Refreshments and treat bags will be offered, kids games are planned, and at 7:45 p.m. a costume judging contest “for all ages” takes place. In that contest, the top 25 costumes will be selected. In addition, Chief John Tyler will bring a decorated police car and the fire department will have one of its trucks there.
Elsewhere, the Fowlerville United Brethren Church will be holding a ‘Trunk & Treat’ from 6 to 8 p.m. with candy, food, games and prizes. The First United Methodist Church will also be handing out candy at its parking lot during the trick or treat hours.
In Webberville, the Leroy Township Fire Station will once again be hosting a party, starting at 8 p.m. Treats and refreshments will be offered and a costume judging contest will take place. Also that evening, the Webberville United Methodist Church will hold its annual Halloween Treat Night from 6 to 8 p.m. inside the church. Candy treats will be handed out to the kids, cider, and hot chocolate and doughnuts will be served to everyone.
