Livingston Centre Historic Village to discuss Christmas in the Ville at meeting
The monthly meeting of the Livingston Centre Historic Village will take place on Thursday, Nov. 1, at 7:00 p.m. inside the Fair Office. The agenda will include plans for participation in Christmas in the 'Ville on Sat., Dec 1; watch for our float in the parade. Also, discussions will begin for the 2019 Fall Fest on Saturday, Sept. 1 and for the largest fundraiser of the year---the annual Gramma's Attic Sale, tentatively planned for May 16 - 18. Please watch this space after the new year for donation dates.
The Village is quiet in winter, but consider renting the Green Historic Church or the Coughran School for your spring, summer, or fall event. Information can be obtained year around from the Fair Office, 517-223-8186.
As always, new members and/or volunteers are welcome! Work will continue to improve the Village throughout the winter months. New ideas, additional help and continued support in the care and restoration of these historic buildings is always appreciated.
