‘Lost Paws’ to meet at Plainfield United Methodist Church on June 14
The pet loss grief support group “Lost Paws” is for animal lovers:
Whose pet has passed away (recently or years ago).
Whose pet is missing.
Who has a pet that is in poor health, or is getting on in years.
Who wants to connect with other animal lovers in the community.
Who thinks of their pets as family, which includes any and all pets, whether they have hooves, talons, paws, fins, fur, or feathers, and may range from a mouse to an elephant.
The purpose of this support group is to reach out into the community and offer comfort and companionship to those who are grieving or suffering, or anticipate that they will be due to the loss of a pet.
The next session of the “LOST PAWS” Pet Loss support group will be at Plainfield United Methodist Church on Thursday June 14th at 7:00 pm. The church is located at 17845 M-36, west of Bradley Road. Everyone is welcome. You may wish to bring a photo of or an item that belonged to your pet to the meeting.
