Livingston Centre Historic Village committee to meet on Thursday, July 5
The Livingston Centre Historic Village monthly meeting will be Thursday, July 5 at 7:00 p.m. inside the Fowlerville Fair Office. The agenda includes final planning for Fair Week, when the historic buildings will be open each day from 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Also, committee volunteers will be setting the schedule for selling raffle tickets and novelty items under the grandstand during all fair hours.
The annual Fall Festival will be another topic of discussion. Scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 15, vendors are being sought, and activities are being planned to entertain the entire family. Any hand-crafter or small business person interesting in renting space during the Fall Festival can contact committee member Bette Kelly at 517-546-8797 for information. New members are always welcome; work continues on restoration and improvement of the buildings, all dating to the early days of Livingston County. New ideas and additional help is always needed and appreciated.
