Fowlerville Community Theatre to present musical ‘Annie’ this weekend
Leaping Lizards! Fowlerville Community Theatre will be presenting the musical Annie on Friday, April 13th at 7pm, Saturday, April 14th at 2pm and 7pm, and Sunday, April 15th at 2pm, at the Alverson Center for the Performing Arts at Fowlerville High School.
This beloved story is presented through song, dance, and more by the 70+ member cast. Annie is the endearing tale of a spunky red-haired orphan growing up in the 1930s who always knew that no matter what, the sun would come out tomorrow. Annie never ceased to brighten the day of everyone she met, from the down-and-out to President Franklin D. Roosevelt and his cabinet members.
This hard working cast (and largest in FCT history) has been rehearsing since the beginning of January, and they are very excited to bring this legendary story to life on stage! The cast is made up of adults and children as well as first time performers and seasoned actors. Every performer will dazzle you with their talents from the orphanage to the mansion!
Advance ticket prices are $12 for adults and $10 for students/seniors. Tickets are available at Chiropractic Health Center (Dr. Tim’s) at 746 S. Grand Ave., Fowlerville and at the Fowlerville News & Views at 206 E. Grand River. Tickets can also be purchased online.
