Silent Auction now being held by Friends of the Webberville Library
Something for everyone! That’s the best way to describe the Friends of the Webberville Library Silent Auction going on right now.
With the gift giving season right around the corner, and over 50 items displayed, why not stop in the Webberville Library to browse and bid?
Among the many delightful items you will find: original 8 x 10 painting in gouache, framed, of a rural Webberville scene; gift certificates for homemade pies in a variety of flavors, including mile-high lemon meringue; granny square afghan in cheerful colors; autumn flower arrangement of silks in a cowboy boot; porcelain doll from the Victorian Rose Collection; quilted table runners, one designed with autumn fabrics and one with Christmas fabrics; fondue gift basket, with everything needed for a yummy dessert treat; Jeff Gordon Superman car; hand knit lap/baby blankets; child’s kitchen that looks so real!; gift basket of jam made from local fruit; Playstation 2 with 6 games; and many many more interesting things.
All proceeds from this fundraiser will benefit the Webberville Library.
Bidding takes place during the Webberville Library’s open hours until 6:00 pm on Monday November 21st. Please contact the Library staff with questions at 521-3643.
