Derrick Scott Coselman
    Derrick Scott Coselman of Fowlerville passed away unexpectedly on August 26, 2016 at the age of 33. Derrick was born on May 19, 1983 in Lansing, Michigan to Mark & Patty (Adair) Coselman. Derrick attended Fowlerville High School and did carpentry work on and off over the years. 
    Derrick loved music, reading Stephen King novels and listening to talk radio. Derrick was also very passionate about playing his guitar and discussing politics. He also enjoyed just hanging out with his family and friends. 
    Derrick is survived by his parents: Mark and Patty; siblings: Whitney Coselman of Ypsilanti and Heath Coselman of Fowlerville; Grandmother Sharon (Coselman) Turner and Grandfather Jimmy Adair, both of Fowlerville; nephew Nicholas Adair, niece Kamber Coselman; aunts & uncles: Phyllis (John) Smyth of Webberville, Margaret (John) Adair-Abdoo of Howell, Jessie (Nick) Hath of Webberville, Brenda (Jim) Coselman-Needham of Hamburg, Bobby (Nicole) Coselman of Shaftsburg and Rod (April) Coselman of Lennon; cousins: Tabitha, Sharon, Brandon, Michelle, Jan, Blain, Chloe and Autumn; and special family friend Jenny Vinarski. 
    He will be missed more than words can say. Derrick’s memory will live on through family and friends and our lives will be forever enriched by his love. To know him was to love him. 
    Derrick was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Rosie Adair. 
     Visitation was held on September 1, 2016 from 11 am to 1 pm at the Herrmann Funeral Home in Fowlerville, Michigan. A Celebration of life and a luncheon followed at 1:30 pm at the Webberville Methodist Church in Webberville, Michigan. 
    In lieu of flowers, a GoFund Me account has been set up in the name of “Derrick Coselman Funeral Expenses” to help the family with the unexpected loss of their son.
