Hartland Audubon Nature Club to learn about ‘Ethiopia’ at Dec. 3rd meeting

The Hartland Audubon Nature Club will host Don Burlett, presenting “Ethiopia” this Tuesday, Dec. 3rd.

Don, the president of Oakland Bird Alliance, is a 30-year avid birder who has logged 6000 bird species on seven continents and fifty countries. He often shares ideas about how to bird internationally.

Ethiopia, “Roof of Africa,” is a rugged and ancient country that has over 840 recorded species of birds, including endemic species. Don’s presentation will be an opportunity to learn about this little-known corner of Africa and its fauna.

Join us Tuesday, Dec. 3, 7pm, at the Hartland Education Support Service Center, 9525 E. Highland Road, Howell. Use the west entrance and look for our sign in the hall. Meetings are free and open to the public. For more information go to www.hartlandaudubon.weebly.com
