Mary Barron
Mary Carolyn (Stephens) Barron, 95 years young of Detroit Michigan, passed away peacefully after a short illness. She was born in West Virginia and lived in the Detroit area most of her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Frederick Joseph Barron, two brothers, Thomas and Jack Stephens and her sister, Betty Janssen. She is survived by her children, Julie Barron and Jeanette Barron de Mora of Lansing, Victor and Stephen Barron of Fowlerville, Marguerite Near of Byron, and Eleanor Park of Warren, along with many grandchildren, great grandchildren, a great -great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
Mary was a devout Catholic who loved getting together with family and friends. She enjoyed the Tigers, Red Wings, travel, cooking and playing games with her family.
