Mark your calendars for Friday and Saturday, Sept. 20-21, for The Unfettered’s dinner-theatre performance of Everyone’s A Critic. This short, family-friendly show is about the zany staff of a French restaurant. On this particular night, a very highly-renowned food critic is coming to the restaurant for dinner, but just a few hours before he is scheduled to arrive someone ruins all the food!
In this wonderful cast of malcontents, it's anybody's guess who is responsible. During intermission, audience members will have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets and try to identify the culprit. A name will be drawn from the correct voters, and the winner will receive a gift basket.
The Unfettered, a not-for-profit group of local volunteer actors, has teamed up with The Torch 180 for this fundraising event. All proceeds will support The Torch 180, a learning program that trains adults with disabilities in the food service industry and helps them find employment within their communities once training has been completed.
Purchase of a show ticket also includes a delicious buffet-style chicken dinner, provided by the Webberville United Methodist Church which is graciously hosting this event. To purchase tickets, please visit www.eventbrite.com and search for “Everyone’s A Critic” or, if you wish to add your name to the guest list and pay at the door, please contact Kim by calling (517)294-3228 or emailing kimbattjes@gmail.com .
Come enjoy a tasty dinner and some silly entertainment while supporting a worthy cause, all for just $25 per person. See you there!
