Kitty Donohoe to appear in two shows Oct. 12 at Historic Howell Opera House
Michigan native and Emmy award-winning songwriter Kitty Donohoe will appear at the Historic Howell Opera House for two separate events on Thursday, October 12th.
First, from 4–6 PM, Kitty will read her book “Henny and Benny Bunyan and the Maple Syrup Adventure” (winner of the 2016 Moonbeam Children’s Book Award) as well as present a family-friendly performance of songs. Copies of her book and CD will be available for purchase and signing. This family friendly event is FREE and open to the public.
Then, from 7–9 PM, Kitty will present a concert of music from her new CD, “The Irishman’s Daughter” as well as favorite songs from her previous releases. Tickets are $15 in advance, or $17 at the door; advance tickets can be purchased by calling the Howell Opera House office at 517-540-0065 or visiting www.howelloperahouse.com
The event is presented by the Livingston County Arts Council.
