Kids Day at Fowlerville Family Fair offers reduced midway prices, plus ‘free fun’ activities
Kids Day at the Fowlerville Family Fair—scheduled for this Wednesday, July 29—offers reduced a reduced wristband price, plus lots of fun activities that are free.
The kid-friendly activities get underway at or near the Finlan Gazebo, starting at 9:30 a.m. They include:
* 9:30-Noon: Raffles—Sign up for ride passes, bikes
* 9:30-10:30: Doughnuts & Milk with the Fair Royalty. Provided by Mugg & Bopps and Michigan Milk Producers Association.
* 9:30-Noon: Face Painting & Glitter Bar by The Painted Nova
* 9:30-Noon: Fowlerville Book Bus (Come pick out a gently-used book for FREE)
* 10:00-12 noon: Rocket Exhibit by Impression 5 Science Center
* 10:00-Noon: Dance Party with local DJ Ron Johnson
* 10:00-11:00: Foam Dance Party with Splast-tastic Foam
* 10:00-Noon: Yard Games and Activities by Howell Recreation Department
* 10:30-Noon: Tie Dye T Shirts
* 10:30-Noon: ‘Make & Take’ Wood Crafts from Home Depot Kits
* Noon: Magic Show by Unbelievable Magic
Another activity will be the Michigan Pedal Pullers. Registration is from 10 to 11 a.m. in front of the fair office, with the competition getting underway at 11 a.m.. The event is open to boys and girls ages 3 to 10, and participation is free.
At Noon the midway, operated by Skerbeck Carnival, opens. A $28 wristband is available for purchase, allowing unlimited rides from then until closing.
