Lisa Ann Everton
Lisa Ann Everton passed away on January 12, 2025, at the age of 58. She was born on February 7, 1966, in Dearborn, Michigan, the daughter of Michael Sean and Julia Anne (Rubin) Everton.
Lisa was a proud graduate of Fowlerville High School, Class of 1984, and she carried the spirit of her community with her throughout her life. She furthered her education at Cleary University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, a field that allowed her to support and uplift others in their professional lives.
Lisa's passion for helping extended beyond her career. She was a devoted caregiver to her grandmother, a role that she embraced with grace and dedication. Her love for animals shone brightly, especially in her bond with her beloved dog, Yogi, who predeceased her. Lisa's love for dogs was just one aspect of her big heart, which had room for every person and creature in need.
She is survived by her adoring mother, Julia Everton, her sister, Cheryl (Jeff) Lampman, and her cherished nephews, Corey and Jack Lampman. Lisa also leaves behind many other loving family members who will miss her deeply. She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Everton, and her grandparents, Jeannette Duncan, Harry Duncan, Anna Rubin, and Joseph Rubin.
Those who knew Lisa would describe her as loving, kind, and selfless. She was always the first to offer help, a shoulder to lean on, or a listening ear. Her presence was a comfort to those in distress, and her actions were a constant reminder of the goodness in the world.
A visitation for Lisa was held 3-7pm on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at Watkins Brothers Funeral Homes, MacDonald Chapel, 315 N. Michigan Ave., with a rosary to be prayed at 6:30pm.
