Norine M. Bradley
Norine M. Bradley, age 88, passed away quietly in her home, and joined her beloved husband John S. Bradley, Friday, September 15, 2017. She was born August 12, 1929 in Lansing, Michigan to Clayton and Marcella (Wagner) Driver. Norine graduated from Fowlerville High School in 1947, and attended Central Michigan University, graduating with a teaching certificate in 1949. She taught in 3 different country schools in the area, and Howell Public Schools. Then in 1970 she graduated from Eastern Michigan University with her Bachelor’s degree in Education. She went on to teach for almost 20 more years in Fowlerville Community Schools, retiring in 1987. She was a devoted wife of 40 years, and a loving Mother and Grandmother. Norine is survived by a son J. Scott (Suzanne) Bradley, daughters Jill (Jim) Bemis of Oregon, and Jocelyn Bradley. Grandchildren: John, Alan, and Alyssa Bradley of Fowlerville, Michigan; Adam, Bradley, and Audra Bemis of Redmond, Oregon. Sisters: June (Gene) Lintemuth, and Virginia (Terry) Butler, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband John S. Bradley; parents Clayton and Marcella Driver; brothers and sister in law Wilbur Driver, and Max and Mariam Driver.
Visitation took place at Herrmann Funeral Home in Fowlerville on Thursday, September 21st from 4-8 PM, and Friday, September 22nd from 9-11 AM. The funeral was held at 11 AM, with internment at Greenwood Cemetery, followed by a luncheon at Fowlerville First Baptist Church. Please leave the family a condolence at pjherrmannfuneralhome.com
