Webberville United Methodist to hold ‘Blue Christmas Service on Dec. 19th
The Webberville United Methodist Church is holding a ‘Blue Christmas’ Service on Thursday, Dec. 19th, at 6:30p.m.
This special service recognizes that while the Christmas season is often marked by expressions of joy, excitement, and happiness, many people are experiecing difficulties and challenges in their lives. These situations might include the death of a loved one, the loss of a job, financial hardships, a divorce, and mental health issues.
For them, given their situation, all the good cheer can compound an already trying time in their lives. So, the ‘Blue Christmas’ Service attempts to help them deal with the holiday season by recognizing the pain, suffering or depression they are experiencing.
All are welcome to attend. The church is located 4215 E. Holt Road at the corner of South M-52.
