Hartland Audubon Nature Club to learn about New Jersey Shore Birds on June 3
The Hartland Audubon Nature Club will conclude the 2024-25 presentations on June 3rd with a farewell potluck at 6:30pm to celebrate our successful season and increased membership. New programs will begin September 2nd.
At 7pm, John Smith, chair of HANC, will present “Shore Birds of New Jersey’s Cape May”. Cape May, a peninsula hugged by the Atlantic Ocean and Delaware Bay, is considered one of the top eco-tourist locations in the country. Its unique location and diverse habitats make a hospitable environment for birds and butterflies.Whatever type of bird or habitat you’re looking for, you’ll find it on Cape May.
Join us Tuesday, June 3, 6:30pm, at the Hartland Education Support Service Center, 9525 E. Highland Road, Howell. Use the west entrance and look for our sign in the hall.
