Diana Irene Geihsler Middleton
    Diana went into the loving arms of her savior, Jesus Christ, on October 2, 2016. 
    Diana was born April 11, 1944 in Detroit, Michigan to Earnie and Irene Younger. She attended school in Detroit and shortly after met and married James Geihsler. Early in their marriage they moved to Fowlerville, Michigan. 
   After her husband James's passing, Diana later married Gerald Middleton of Lansing, Michigan, who survives her. 
    Surviving to cherish her memory are her children: James (Jodi) Geihsler, Rhonda (Charles) Baker, Hope (James) Elliott, Gerald (Hollie) Geihsler, Robert (Karrie) Geihsler, Tonya (Mike) Plumb, Christina (Chip) Diggs, Lisa (Jim) VanAntwerp, Kristi (Ron) Damon, and David Middleton, and 26 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Geihsler, and her granddaughter, Kayla Geihsler. 
    Diana loved her Lord Jesus, her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and her beloved dachshund, Gretel. 
Her passions were spending time with her family and maintaining her yard and gardens. 
    In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Howell Nature Center in Diana’s memory. Visitation took place on Wednesday, Oct. 5, from 2-4 p.m. & 6-8 p.m. Funeral services were held on Thursday, Oct. 6, at 11:00 a.m. at Herrmann Funeral Home.
