Cemetery Road to be closed at Grand River intersection for two months
Both North and South Cemetery Road will be closed at the Grand River interection starting this week due to work on an improvement project to widen the intersection. Grand River will remain open for both eastbound and westbound traffic, but with lane restrictions.
The project, set to start this Monday (June 23), is scheduled for completion by August 29th.
Motorists wishing to access either North Cemetery Road or South Cemeteary Road will need to follow the posted detours. Access to North Cemetery is gained from Sharpe Road, while access to South Cemetery is gained from Van Riper Road.
The work is being done by the Livingston County Road Commission.
