Richard Dale Gamber
Richard Dale Gamber, 64, of Lansing passed away on April 28, 2019. He was born on Ocotober 6, 1954 in Howell, Michigan to Richard D. Gamber and Iris (Dennis) Gamber. Rick graduated from Fowlerville High School in 1973 and Grand Valley State University in 1977 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science. He was preceded in death by his parents, and the love of his life, beloved wife of 34 years, Irene M. Kazieczko.
He loved his cats, fishing and politics and was always willing to engage in a robust debate. Rick will be remembered for his community service, his comittment to correct social injustices, as well as his legendary macaroni and cheese and the many friends he made and the lives he touched across the years.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place via Gorsline-Runciman Funeral Home, Lansing Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Webberville United Methodist Church with a luncheon to follow.
