Start the New Year with improved Health Habits at Family Impact Center
Family Impact Center is excited to announce that they will be offering a new six-week course on Tuesdays called Habits of Health.  It addresses the underlying habits that contribute to the epidemic of obesity and poor health in our culture, and provides practical and sustainable ways of changing those habits by adopting different behaviors. The class will be led by certified health coaches Mike & Karyn Harrison and Claudia Kerbawy.
An introductory meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 17 at 6:30 p.m. at the Family Impact Wellness Center (9430 W. Grand River just west of Fowlerville).  The first class will be held two weeks later (January 31), and classes will continue each Tuesday through March 7.  The only fee is $5 for a workbook.  All participants must be registered in advance. Seating will be limited, so call 517-223-4428 as soon as possible to reserve your spot!
