Skilar Lorraine Akers
Skilar Lorraine Akers, who was 18 years of age, sadly left us on January 13, 2024. She was formerly from Fowlerville and was a 2023 graduate of Fowlerville High School. She was recently residing in North Carolina.
Skilar had a smile that would light up a room. She had a love for her family, friends, animals, and fast cars (350Z).
Skilar is survived by her loving parents: Joshua (Dawn) Akers and Carmen Thebolt. Her adored siblings: Austin (Ryann) Haydu, Ryan Akers, and Kaiden Akers. Grandparents: Franka Bohm, Brian and Michelle Price, Dennis and Denise Burden, and Warren Thebolt. Aunts and Uncles: Nate and Lindsey Bohm, Mathew and Melissa Akers, and Jennifer Akers. Cousins: Ella and Grace Bohm, and Maelyn and Maura Akers. Also, many other family members who loved her.
Skilar was preceded in death by Grandfathers: Terry Akers and Robert Bohm Jr..
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 27th, 2024, from 2-6pm at the American Legion in Stockbridge, MI.
