Sandra L. Alchin
Sandra L. Alchin, age 82, of Webberville, died October 5, 2018. She was born October 13, 1935 in Lansing to Horace and Opal (Rosebury) Burgess. On July 19, 1952 she married Raymond O Alchin who preceded her in death.
Sandy, as she was known to all, was employed for over 30 years by Bent Tube, Inc., V.Z.'s for several years and Walmart for the most recent several years.
She loved family, friends, church, gardening, cooking, birdwatching, (especially Hummingbirds) and her cats Mickey and Felix. She was also an avid sports fan.
She is survived by her four children, Cheryl Crofoot of Howell, Michael Alchin of Webbervile, Scott (Terri) Alchin of Webberville and Judi Lennox of Lawrenceville, Georgia, eight grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren, a sister Sue Klont, a brother Brian Burgess, and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services were held on October 11, 2018 at Fowlerville UB Church with Lead Pastor, Mark Wilson officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Fowlerville UB Church. Arrangements by: Herrmann Funeral Home. Please leave the family a condolence at pjherrmannfuneralhome.com
