Yoga Fitness Self-Defense - Mondays at 7pm
Adults. Join certified Mixed Martial Arts Instructor, John Noonan, as he leads you in a series of yoga and self-defense exercises that will help increase your flexibility and movement. Exercises are designed to be accessible to adults of all ages. Please remember to bring water to drink and your own towel or mat to practice on. Spaces are limited to 10 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. *There is a small cash-only fee for this class of $5. Drop-in class.

Teen Tuesday Film Festival - Tuesdays at 4pm
July 24th: Sparkle (PG), July 31st: Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure (PG)
Teens 6th-12th grades. Enjoy a free music-themed movie with friends, popcorn, and a beverage. If you are staying for the Teen Summer Reading Program at 7pm, please bring a “sack lunch”, as you will not have time to go home for dinner between programs. *Seating is limited. Registration is open. If there is still seating available, drop-ins are welcome!

Summer Lunch Bunch -  June 21st-August 23rd
All Ages. The library will be hosting the Summer Lunch Bunch program this summer. Join the Salvation Army for a packed lunch and family activity. After, check out our collection of books and DVDs for all ages!

Patriotic Wall Art - Thursday, July 26th at 7pm
Adults. Libraries Rock! Join the library ladies as we lead you to create a rocking craft! *Register in person to attend. Registration begins July 12th and includes a refundable $5 cash deposit.

Movies on the Lawn @ 131 Mill Street
July 27th: Rock Dog (PG), August 3rd: Coco (PG)
All Ages. Join us on the lawn outside the old library building for an outdoor movie! The movie starts as soon as it’s dark enough to see the picture well on the screen. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, snacks, and bug spray. Come early to pick your spot on the lawn! *Weather permitting. Drop-in event. Children 12 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Teens 13 and older must have a signed Program Permission Form or be accompanied by an adult.

Cardio Drumming - Tuesdays starting August 7th at 7pm
Adults. Increase your physical literacy with a fun workout with licensed fitness instructor, Chesney Stock, of Exertion Nutrition. Please remember to bring water and wear comfortable clothes. Spaces are limited to 20 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. *There is a small cash-only fee for this class of $5 if you bring your own equipment or $7 to rent a ball, bucket, and drumsticks. Drop-in class.

Adults. Join certified yoga instructor, Mindy Medrano, while she gently leads you to better health and well-being. Please remember to bring water to drink and your own towel or mat to practice on. Beyond the Book: Ready Player One - Thursday, August 9th at 7pm
Adults. Featuring a book and its film adaptation. Movie will begin at 7pm followed by discussion. Movie-style refreshments will be served. *Register in person to attend. Registration begins July 19th. Books will be given on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

Stone Leaves Craft - Thursdays, August 16th AND 23rd at 7pm
Adults. Join the library ladies as we lead you to create a "Rock"-ing craft! At this month's session we are bringing back the stone leaves craft! Mold leaf shapes into concrete and paint it to make decorative leaf stones for your garden. To complete the craft you MUST attend both sessions. *Register in person to attend. Registration begins August 2nd and includes a refundable $5 cash deposit.

MI Bad: Author Talk with Tom Carr - Thursday, August 30th at 7pm
Adults. Join us in welcoming Michigan Author, Tom Carr, author of Blood on the Mitten, as he shares with us about his newest book MI Bad, which tells about the thieves and heists of Michigan's history. Enjoy an engaging author talk, Q&A session, and light refreshments. *Register in person to attend. Registration begins August 16th and includes a refundable $5 cash deposit.
