Betty Lu Miller
Betty Lu Miller, 69, of Owosso, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, August 12, 2017. Funeral services were held on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Watkins Brothers Funeral Homes, Bancroft Chapel. The family received visitors at the funeral home from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, August 16. Betty was born in Fowlerville, Michigan on November 10, 1947 to the late Newton Culver and Hilda (Tickalar) Culver. She spent most of her working life in various factories. On June 21, 1987 Betty married David Roy Miller in Williamston, Michigan. Betty and David enjoyed over the road truck driving, collecting and cutting various types of rocks, and any time spent with family.
Mrs. Miller is survived by her husband of 30 years David, step-children: Christopher (Jenny) Miller and Heather Miller and her siblings: Fred Culver, Judy (Mike) Davis, Marion Roberts, Janet (Gene) Coleman, and Bonnie (Will) Elzerman.
She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings: Don Culver, Butch Culver, John Culver, and Dora Franks.
