Sheila Rae Miller (Thompson)
Sheila Rae Miller (Thompson) passed away peacefully at the age of 75 on May 23, 2025. A longtime resident of Fowlerville, Michigan, Sheila spent most of her life in the community she loved before retiring to Florida, where she enjoyed her later years in the sunshine and warmth.
Sheila was married to Lee Miller, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her beloved son, Michael Thompson, and his wife, Heather. She was a proud and devoted grandmother to Brandon, Jesse, and Hilary, who brought her endless joy and laughter.
Born the second-youngest of eight sisters, Sheila shared a lifelong bond with her siblings. She was preceded in death by her sisters Betty and Jeri, and her memory lives on through her remaining family. Sheila had a deep love for old car shows and could often be found admiring classic cars and sharing stories of her favorites. She was also a lifelong fan of Elvis Presley — his music brought her comfort, joy, and countless memories throughout the years.
Sheila will be remembered for her strength, warmth, and unwavering love for her family. Her quiet resilience and kind spirit touched the lives of many, and she leaves behind a legacy of love, loyalty, and laughter.
